This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which NextEdge.cc ("NextEdge", "we", "us", "our") may provide refunds for our Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Cloud Server services. By purchasing any service from NextEdge.cc, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. This policy applies to all VPS products and related services offered by NextEdge.cc.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for eligible VPS or Cloud Server services within 3 days of the payment date, provided that the service is not in violation of our Terms of Service.

Services Eligible for Refund

  • All VPS Packages, except Dedicated Servers.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The service is newly purchased (not a renewal or upgrade)
  • The issue cannot be resolved through our support team.
  • The refund request is made within the first 3 days of activation.

Services Not Eligible for Refund

  • Renewals or Upgrades: Once renewed or upgraded, VPS services are non-refundable.
  • Abuse or Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated for ToS or AUP violations are not eligible for any refund.
  • Dedicated Servers are non refundable.
